All tour packages are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only when full payment is verified and a voucher confirmation is sent to the primary contact email.
Cancellations requested 30 days or more before departure qualify for a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds are issued within 14 days of departure due to pre-purchased hotel suites and transit vouchers.

Passengers must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and acquire appropriate entry visas before departure. We assist with visa documents guidance but do not guarantee visa issue results.
